You get unlimited design revisions on any mockups(s) of the logo during the follow up period mentioned for package selected. You can submit feedback and request revisions during this.

Absolutely. You will own the copyright for your logo. However we request our clients to allow us using their logo in our portfolio and advertising material. It'll actually help your brand as well since our site is visited by hundreds of small businesses daily.
We provide money back only in cases where even after multiple revisions client is not satisfied with the logo. There will be deductions based on the amount of effort that have gone into delivering the logo concepts. You will be required to submit a refund form providing the details of issues that you found in logo so that it helps us improve our service. Post review, your refund request will be processed. Typically we request a turnaround of 21 days for refunds.
Logo design is an extremely creative process. Just like all other creative activities, inputs from more than one expert help in logo design as well. When more than one designers work on a logo, you can expect more creative and varied outcome. You can interact with the individual designers working on your logo design project on our client portal.
We make as many changes/revisions in the logo mockups as you need till you approve the logo. Once the logo is approved, no additional changes can be made. However we provide additional revisions at nominal charges in case you need any changes in the logo after approval. Engineer working on your request will evaluate and confirm the charges based on efforts required.
Ideally speaking, you'll not be using more than one logo so you won't really require files from multiple mockups. However in case if you are not able to decide between mockups then we can provide final files for additional mockups at a minimal price.
